Troubleshooting Shipping Customizations

If shipping customizations are not working, go through the following checklist to ensure common errors.
1. App test mode
If the app is in test mode, check if you are using the first-name as "shipmagic". More information here.
2. Rate names
All the fields of rate names are case & blank space sensitive. Ensure that you have entered the rate names carefully while creating customizations.
3. Live Chat support
